Job Description: Architect Project Manager
Responsabilities:
- To lead a team of architects & draftmen and in particular:
- To be the link between the Principal Architect and the team
- To make conceptual and details sketches
- To organize the work in respect of the Design planning and the
Construction Schedule
Projects to be involved at the begining:
- A mix-used Tower (offices and apartments) of 22 levels in Saigon
(Preliminary Design under progress)
- An office Tower of 12 floors in Saigon (Preliminary Design under
progress)
- A shopping Mall (Starting soon)

Wages:
In function of experience.
Regular salary + percentage of the total fee of the project in charge
